James Kwesi Appiah has gone through few troubles prior to the double header in the USA regarding getting his full set, since his players plying their trade in England were not permitted to travel with the Black Stars because the dates for the games fall outside the FIFA sanctioned date for friendly games and Columbus Crew have also capitalised on the same reason to call two of their players from the team's camp.
